PDFZippy is free and open to everyone with zero paywalls, zero account requirements, and zero watermarks. All PDF processing tools run directly on your device.
Supporter contributions are voluntary payments that help fund server infrastructure, AI processing capacity, and ongoing feature development.
Cancellation of Subscriptions
If you have chosen a monthly or yearly recurring contribution, you may cancel at any time with immediate effect.
How to cancel: Every payment confirmation email from Dodo Payments includes a direct, one-click link to manage or cancel your subscription. Alternatively, you can contact us via our Support page with your email address, and we will cancel it for you immediately.
What happens when you cancel: Your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will ever be made. You will continue to have supporter status until the end of your already-paid billing period.
14-Day Refund Guarantee
We want all supporters to have complete peace of mind. We offer a 14-day full refund window on all payments.
If you made a contribution accidentally, were charged due to an unintended renewal, or experienced any technical issues, simply reach out to us within 14 days of the charge date.
We will process your refund with zero friction. Once approved, the funds are returned to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or UPI) via Dodo Payments within 3–7 business days.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via our Support page with:
1. The email address used during checkout.
2. The approximate date and amount of the contribution.
3. Your payment receipt number or transaction ID (optional but helpful).
Our team will acknowledge and resolve your request within 24–48 hours.
